Jennifer Hester, Managing Director, Leisure Travel Sales and Strategy Jennifer’s career in travel began in 1990, crafting thoughtful journeys for clients across Ohio. Over time, her passion for both people and performance led her from top-producing travel advisor to leading teams and entire regions.
Today, as Managing Director of Leisure Travel Sales and Strategy, she partners closely with advisors and leadership to shape meaningful travel experiences, strengthen relationships, and inspire moments that stay with clients long after they return home.
Tammi Smith, Manager of Harpers Station Office
I have been in the travel industry for over 30 years. I cherish the knowledge I have gained from the many people I have met and places I have been. My love for travel spans from river cruising to corporate travel and all in between. I enjoy working with all types of people all over the world.
Emily Clenney, Business Development Manager
My education includes an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University as well as a Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Leisure & Event Planning from Bowling Green State University. I began my career in 2014 and have worked in catering, event planning and tourism. In my current role as BDM I get to work with our advisors, suppliers and clients to create unique opportunities.
